Participants are challenged physically with a focus on core strength and flexibility but also mentally to keep you in the now.
A certified yoga instructor, I love yoga for its power to keep you in your zone but also to create space in the body and mind to allow us to be more resilient.
At the end of the class, you will feel more relaxed and energised but also that your entire body has been working out through simple movements at a carefully graduated pace.
